      Timely and professional reply

      All of our sales will be provide with overall product knowledge training before they contact with the customer. Whenever a new product is produced, all the staff has to learn about it.

      And once we see the inquiry, we will reply the customer correct information about our products. According to the record of the platform, our response rate is up to 96% in 6 hours.

      We welcome every factory visiting and are glad to show, introduce our factory.

      Professional design

      We have 2 designers in the designing department. Both of them have years of experience in the inflatable industry. For each product, they’ll make the design drawing for conformation before we start production.

      For large projects like inflatable water park, we even make the whole design with all the products in it. So that customers can see the overall effect in advance.

      Product checking before delivery

      After the production is finished, we will inflate and set up the product, and see if there are quality problems. Meanwhile, we’ll send the pictures and videos to our customers.
      Only after we both confirm that there is no problem, we’ll deliver the goods.

      In below cases, the workers are installing and checking the details.

      For giant products, we even move them to a large playground. And take aerial photos by a drone.

      Best packing

      Besides the normal packing for inflatable goods, we also have our own features:

      Picture Tag–to identify the product
      Film wrapped and pallet on the bottom
      Film is to keep the tarpaulin bag clean and intact, and pallet is to prevent the forklift damaging the packing or the goods.

      Installation guide

      We can supply after-sale installation guide to our customer whenever it’s needed. For large project like water parks, we even have our technician to guide the installation on site.
